    Fiber Closure Cable Installation Guide

The best point of the fiber optic box is that it is easy to install. Unlike heavy-duty and complex other cables that are connected, fiber-optic cables are lightweight and flexible to install. The installation process is similar to any cable installation, but the tools and instruments required for Fiber Closure are different.

Fiber optic cables can be installed for outdoor underground applications or indoor underwater applications using several different installation methods. Due to the variety of cables and their number of applications, there are no thumb rules to install. However, some general guidelines that must be followed before any type of cable is installed are:

    Survey website

This is the most important step that must be done to identify the location and its special needs. It helps identify physical and environmental hazards, as well as cable routing and mechanical layout planning, especially for fiber optic lighting installations in pools and spas.

    Cable stretching plan

Cable traction equipment, joint and access point locations, and joint setup requirements must be planned prior to installation. For lightning, a complete system as well as fiber type I.e. should be carefully planned to end the illuminating or side illuminating.

Do not twist and exceed the bend radius of the cable

Twisted fibers limit their efficiency due to stress on the fiber and should not be implemented during lightning applications. If the bend radius is exceeded, the fiber optic cable may break. The bend radius must be 20 times smaller than the cable diameter, and the final installation bend must be ten times smaller than its diameter.

Pay special attention to swimming pool lightning

Fiber optics are waterproof and can be arranged in different patterns for swimming pools and other underwater applications. However, security must be considered before installation. Be careful of the current and always install the fiber lightning in the dry cell.

Test the light boxes before installation and carefully place them in the fixture. Using the right tools, attachments and stitching methods will help you achieve the worry-free installation you need.
