    1.Working principle

    2. Grinding characteristics
    When the vibrating mill is in operation, the high frequency impact and strong grinding of the grinding media will grind the material. This process is mainly due to fatigue damage of the particles due to repeated impact of the material in the abrasive body and the abrasive body.

    All solids are defects consisting of microscopic cracks, expressed as a colloidal structure with an average spacing of 0.01 to 0.1 μm. Fine grinding is more effective.

    Grinding characteristics of the vibration mill include grinding medium frequency ratio, impact frequency, grinding and impact grinding. Since the impact energy reflects the pulverization energy given to the material to be ground by grinding, the larger the impact energy, the larger the pulverization energy obtained by the material to be ground, and the more suitable for rough grinding. The impact frequency reflects the number of impacts of the grinding media on the workpiece. Therefore, the higher the impact frequency, the greater the number of impacts per unit time, which facilitates fine grinding of the material.

    When the frequency of the exciting force is determined, the higher the frequency ratio is, the larger the frequency ratio is, and the number of impacts is proportionally reduced, which is disadvantageous for a vibration mill that mainly depends on high vibration. - The frequency impact reaches the grinding, so the frequency ratio should not be too large, generally should be lower than 3. Conversely, keeping the frequency ratio constant and increasing the frequency of the exciting force, the opposite result is obtained, which is beneficial to the high-precision grinding of the material. Therefore, when a vibratory grinder is used to improve the fine abrasive material, high frequency excitation force and low frequency can be selected, and when grinding a rough material, the opposite is true.
